At Jack Georges, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unused item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
